FOR PURCHASES MADE ON E-COMMERCE
The deadline for requesting an exchange is 30 calendar days after receiving your order;
The returned products must be with their respective seals and labels, in the packaging and without signs of use. Returns of damaged products or signs of use will not be accepted;
The product received will be analyzed by the Club Resort team and once the return is authorized, the customer may choose to receive a coupon in the amount of credit for a new purchase or to receive the amount back on his credit card statement, in accordance with the rules of the customer's credit card operator;
Shipping costs will not be included in the credit coupon;
No charge just for the first exchange / return.
